                The Association Members of Karnataka Customs, Central Excise, Service Tax & LTU Ministerial Officers’ Association, in their meeting held on  02.03.2016           , have unanimously decided to enhance the Annual Membership Subscription Fee of the Association to Rs. 600/- (Rupees Six Hundred only) per member for Financial Year 2016-17 onwards.

                Hence, it is requested that the same may be deducted from the Ministerial Officers, working under your formation from their pay of May-2016. The resultant Demand Drafts / Cheques favouring “Karnataka Customs, Central Excise, Service Tax and LTU Ministerial Officer’s Association, Bengaluru”, may be forwarded to undersigned for further action

                Requisite Authorization Letter (format enclosed), may also be obtained from concerned Ministerial Officers of your formation & forwarded to undersigned after their consent.

Comrades!  The date 28-09-2015 marks a black day for the Tax Assistants of the GST & Customs department all over the country. It was on this day 5 years ago that Tax Assistants, an integral cadre of the Ministerial community, got a rude jolt as their dreams and aspirations of getting promotions were crashed suddenly.
