JCM Points from Ministerial Association

Lets start giving importants points to be discussed in JCM to be held every month/quarter on behalf of Karnataka Customs & Central Excise Ministerial Officers Association (KCCEMOA) here:

A much-awaited letter from Commissioner, Central Excise, Bangalore-I Commissionerate (which revives the long anticipated JCMs to be held henceforth) may please be seen here-

The points have already been given on 21.7.2008 for the upcoming JCM. This letter is published here for information of all Ministerial Officers and Staff.

One major point would be to press for notional promotions as STA w.e.f. 1.4.2007 instead of what was given on 10.4.2008

I am happy with this invention/unique way of communication technique developed by the Karnataka guys. Hope we all will use it to get in touch with our problems and find solutions which are existing. For problems without solutions this can be a way of putting in opinions which could give us a way to reach the solution.

Comrades!  The date 28-09-2015 marks a black day for the Tax Assistants of the GST & Customs department all over the country. It was on this day 5 years ago that Tax Assistants, an integral cadre of the Ministerial community, got a rude jolt as their dreams and aspirations of getting promotions were crashed suddenly.
