Therefore, the members are requested to kindly bring to the notice of the Office bearers, the issues affecting the cadre that require the attention/ intervention of the Association, so that the same can be taken up for redressal. SUGGESTIONS ON LONG TERM HUMAN RESOURCE PLAN FOR CBEC

Bangalore , the 7th October, 2010 Dear Members, The DG, HRD has proposed to formulate a Long Term Human Resource Plan for the Department/CBEC as discussed and decided in the Chief Commissioners' Conference held during 15-16th June, 2010. It has been stated that the said plan will be formulated after consultation with the respective recognised Associations and the Chief Commissioners. Accordingly the Chief Commissioner's Office has forwarded a copy of the said letter seeking our views and suggestions for the same.  As all of you are aware that we are at the crossroads as regards the cadre review of the department is concerned as it is not yet known what is in store for us in the near future. Hence, I see this is an opportunity for all of us to give some fruitful suggestions. In view of this I would urge all the members to kindly send their views and suggestions keeping in mind the long term interests and requirements for betterment of the cadre.
